Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Returns & Refund
At RemoteOZ, you can always return the product back for refund within 60 days if your device doesn’t work with the remote controls, or if you have changed your mind(Postage refund exlcuded for change of mind return/IR compatibility reason). All returns must be postmarked within sixty (60) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Warranty Claim
At RemoteOZ, we provide 1-Year warranty for all remote controls, if product failed during this period, we will provide you with new replacement unit for free(a basic postage will be charged for new shipment). Please contact us at us@remoteoz.com for your warranty claim.
Return incorrect model Swap/Exchange Service
If in case you have ordered wrong model for your appliance, and we happened to have the correct remote model, then we can swap you with the correct remote model (a basic postage will be charged for new shipment). Please contact us first at us@remoteoz.com to swap your return BEFORE sending it back.
Returns Process
To return an item, please email customer service FIRST to us@remoteoz.com to obtain an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:
