Order Stock & Shipping Location:

  • All products listed on us.RemoteOZ.com are stocked at our U.S. warehouses for fast local dispatch.
  • We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states via USPS locally, including Alaska and Hawaii.

Estimated Delivery Time:

  • All U.S. orders will be dispatched via USPS Post within 24-48 hours after the order was placed.(weekend & public holidays excluded)
  • Expected Typical transit time is 3-7 business days. Our operational days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays and weekends.
  • Expected Typical delivery time to all destinations is 4-9 business days via USPS Ground Advantage, or 1-3 business days via USPS Priority Express mail.

Shipping Costs:

  • We offer Free shipping via USPS Ground Advantage, or USPS Priority Mail(for extra shipping cost) on all U.S. orders.

Tracking Your Order:

  • You can track your parcel status at the USPS site (www.USPS.com) with the provided tracking number in your shipment confirmation email.

Lost or Damaged Items:

  • We will resolve the issue promptly, which may involve sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
